Path 01 / Start with a service site
Put my service online.
Use this path when a person needs to understand your offer, reach you, and hear from you again. Follow the four stops in order. Pick one site foundation at the first stop, not all three.
YOU ARE HERE01 / 04Choose a site foundation
01
First stop
Choose one site foundation.
Start with the tool that matches how you want to build. The first version only needs four things: what you do, who it is for, why they should trust you, and one way to contact you.
Finish this stop when a stranger can tell what you do and send an inquiry without asking you where to click.
02
Second stop
Catch the call or text like a real business.
Use Nextiva once people can reach you. Give the offer a business number, route unanswered calls somewhere useful, and make sure a customer is not guessing whether they contacted a real business or your personal phone.
Set up the Nextiva step →Finish this stop when you can test a call and text yourself, then see exactly where each one goes.
03
Third stop
Make every inquiry easy to find.
Use Riibase to create one simple board: new inquiry, contacted, conversation booked, proposal sent, finished. Add a next action and date to every open conversation.
Set up the Riibase step →Finish this stop when you can answer “who needs a response today?” in under a minute.
04
Fourth stop
Give people a reason to remember you.
Use Vista Social to plan one useful week: two helpful posts, two examples of your work, and two prompts that start a relevant conversation. Make time to reply on three weekdays.
Set up the Vista Social step →Finish this stop when you have one week of content planned and a real reply routine.
Path 01 complete
Now people can find the offer, reach the business, get a response, and keep hearing from you.
If the next thing they need is a useful calculator, client tool, or small portal, move to the online-tool path. Do not rebuild your site just to add one interactive job.
